Summer is here… it was 94 degrees today here…wow!!!
I had a few girlfriends over at my home recently to celebrate my birthday. I mounted my disco ball, bought a few hoola hoops, made a few cucumber mini-sandwiches and assembled a pink lemonade cocktail. It was lots of fun and by the end everyone was dancing
Pink Lemonade cocktail is a perfect “girls” drink: it’s pink for one, and its not too strong. It’s wonderful also for a brunch or a spring/summer gathering, since it is very refreshing. Just add a slice of lime.
The recipe is from my neighbor and good friend Samantha.
Pink Lemonade Cocktail
This makes over 3 gallons, so you can adjust the amounts depending on how much you need.
64 oz Vodka
3 cans of 7-up
64 oz Cranberry Juice
96 oz Sweet and Sour Mix
Optional garnish: lime slices
Mix everything together and serve over ice with a slice of lime.

Amélia,
Happy Birthday ! Have a wonderful year…

This is definitely one drink that would lead to another. Sounds fizzy and refreshing.
