"Slow coffee": my article in "Edible" magazine

I just published an article on sustainable, organic and fair trade coffee for the “Edible” magazine, here in Georgia. It includes some research on coffee, from bean to cup, interviews with roasters and some good resources.
Edible is a series of magazines focused on local, sustainable food sources and the people who work the land to bring bounty to our tables. They are published locally in many communities around the U.S. My community is the Edible Metro & Mountains.
