You might recall my spring issue in Edible Metro & Mountains magazine on sustainable coffee: here.
I just contributed one more article, to the summer edition.
It’s called G.F.B. (which stands for Grass Fed Beef). I share what farmers and restaurants have to say about G.F.B., and tell you about a few great places to get G.F.B. burgers in Atlanta. There are also a few tips on how to cook G.F.B. at home.
Edible is a series of magazines focused on local, sustainable food sources and the people who work the land to bring bounty to our tables. They are published locally in many communities around the U.S. My community is the Edible Metro & Mountains.
If you are in Georgia, stop by at your local Whole Foods store and pick up a copy (free)!
